DIRECTIONS:

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries. Make sure they are completely dry to help the chocolate adhere better.

  2. Chop the chocolate into small, uniform pieces.

  3. In a heatproof bowl, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil using a double boiler or microwave. If using a microwave, heat in 20-30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until fully melted.

  4. Hold each strawberry by the stem or use a toothpick for easier dipping.

  5. Dip the strawberry into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.

  6. While the chocolate is still wet, you can roll the strawberry in chopped nuts, coconut flakes, or sprinkles for added texture and flavor.

  7. Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray or plate.

  8. Allow the chocolate to set by placing the strawberries in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
